Carole Kozak is a home-based pastry chef that is dedicated to exquisite cakes and desserts that feature the best organic ingredients.  With over twenty years in the professional food industry, she has worked at such renowned Santa Fe restaurants as Mark Millers Coyote Cafe, Geronimo, SantaCafe, and The Compound.  Working with such acclaimed chefs has given her a deep passion for fresh foods and natural flavors.

Carole's attention to detail and culinary precision give a lasting impression at your special event.  She is dedicated to sustainable farming with the use of free-range eggs, organic cream, butter, flour and natural unrefined sugar.  She highlights the seasons most wonderful flavors with local fruits and jams, as well as fair-trade chocolate, coffee, and nuts.
